This is great news. I feel like we need another setting on Track Mutes which allows us to set the Mute style to Audio or Midi. Audio Mute would cut off immediately, and Midi Mute style would allow the audio to trail/fade out with whatever tail is present on that track.

What sucks my man Marlo is that Akai take out certain old features and kinda sneak them back in with new names.On the 1k 25k and 5k and also the ren 1.0 software the sample to audio was called Patch Phrase .That feature was my go to on the 5k cause the 5k didn't do audio warping like the Roland MV.Like the random chops that was on the 5k and 1.0 software.

I REALLY hope Akai adds another Warp algorithm, that automatically repitches the sample when changing BPM, like old school tape machine style. Varispeed

Track mute by sequence still doesn´t work on MPC One. Tried the new beta 2, checked the box. No effect. Anybody else who has this issue?

You just re-invented Reason Re-Cycle...add some reverb to the tails of the chops and they decay more naturally over time
