Always clean lens and filters from the center outward in a circular motion. Never clean the outside edges and clean inward toward center. And change cloths frequently.

No mention of chemicals used? Is that just a suction cup pen being used? What's actually going on? Explanation rather than background music would be helpful.

You should have used hydrogen peroxide bleach to destroy the fungal spores. You are just moving them around on the glass surface and they will continue to grow in the future. And using a cloth to wipe internal lens elements is pretty risky. I recommend in the future just to wash them in distilled water with some surfactant and a soft paintbrush only for agitation. Optical glass is extremely soft and so is the multicoating, if present.

will the cleaning fluid damage the special coating on nikon lens? can't fungus be removed by just dry wiping it?

Use 3% hydrogen peroxide+3%ammonia to remove mold. It works very well.

Unless you'd used a some type of antifungal treatment to kill the spores the fungus will probably come back.

So my camera lens is not broken its just fungus?? My 18 55 mm lens got blurred automatically and i thought my lens is cracked...is it cracked or fungus?

Use special chemical for lance cleaning..your lance cotting safety.. don't use water...
