Built in 1890, Sonja had this home renovated for expansion, but kept key details such as wood flooring, staircases, and marble furnishings. A kitchen for a chef, dressing room with room for company, and more than enough space for dinner parties, this home is miraculous.

Let’s face it if you’re buying this place it’s as a tear down (minus the physical tearing down). But it’s a gut renovation stripping back to the bare-bones. Especially that kitchen (and the bathrooms) gotta go.

"I don't want to let those (original details) go" --- translation: I do not have enough $$ to correctly fix and update this home before (again) trying to sell it, so we put lipstick on the pig & did the best we could. Now, please step over the dog shit in the garden, and ignore the water stains you see here & there on the ceilings....😅 Oh, you gotta love Sonja!
