I watched your videos for months leading up to labor. I planned to use several labor poses and pain management techniques during labor but I was induced due to preeclampsia and baby’s heart rate would drop if I wasn’t laying on my side. The comb was the only labor tool that worked for me and I was able to cope the whole time with no medication! Thank you Jessica

I meant to try this yesterday but I totally forgot 😅! I usually like when someone squeezes my hand during a contraction. Still had baby unmedicated 🤗🙏🏿!

It seemed to work well for me! Unmedicated labor isn't exactly fun but this made it a lot more bearable!
