It doesn't play. There was virtually no transition from the actor to the character. Your first objective is to seduce. The audience needs to think you are talking about sex from the get go. Don't break eye contact with Bob or make every sentence a transition. Don't throw away look at me. Liked the build up to it but you didn't have to punch it the punch line so hard just put some space before the line to highlight it and some space after the line to allow the audience to react. I liked the second beat quite a lot. Anyway, you're pretty and talented that's for sure.
