I'm the father of 4 children our first two came as boy girl twins, and we had a second boy and a second girl, they were singles. All four were big 8 pounds each, including our twins. But I was the tired one, I would insist that my wife would rest, even though she breastfed, she would pump for convenience and as she rested I would feed them. And our twins, we would rotate babies, like if I held our son I would hold our daughter next. So as my wife lost the baby weight, I got a dad bod!!
