There is an excellent paper by Timnit Gebru called "Are Language Models are Stochastic Parrots?". It was suppressed by all of Big Tech and many academic institutions funded by Big Tech because it asked a question whether these language models are learning anything (getting a "parametric fit") or are they just memorising stuff ("overfitting", thus being a stochastic/probabilistic parrot)? The paper showed that neither the academia or the industry has no clue/no benchmark to prove that the model is learning anything (can adapt to new input, though it may seem that they are)! So yes these LLMs maybe able to pump up code, but they will also be pumping up bugs. Remember, Turing has already proved that it is impossible to create a program that proves that a program is bug free. Even formal proofs are ridiculously hard to do even for subsets of programs. Like literally it took 5-6 years of researchers to even write a formally correct C compiler in 2000s, 30 years after C was developed! That's how hard it is. So good luck, your job is not at stake, however it is stupid to use a chisel to break a rock when a jackhammer is available.

Everytime I open a comment section on a coding video or educational video that targets Indian audience all I see is arbitrary nonsense. It seems like no one is a bit interested in IT and memes and cracking jokes and taking likes is all they want. This is the reason why Indian developers are so behind in research and create something authentic. We can blame the education system to an extent. Some platforms like twitter is the only place where I find the real interactions and discussions.

The community needs more people like you. I personally fell there's a true absence of a thriving coding community that actually want to build something which solves the problem of the world.

Thank you for putting up great content on Youtube!

I m learning AI here in Pakistan 🇵🇰.. And I m pretty much satisfied with that learning process. We must avoid the outside noise for few sec and start learning this new evolving technology and must improve and practice with each passing day. By doing this we can reach our destination on time ⌚. Happy coding guys. 🎉❤

There is two kind of people -
1. Who is improving there coding day by day.
2. Who is stuck, neither coding nor improving and also getting heart attacks by new ai products and announcements and also by fake influencers fucking tweets.

Remember these things guys- "Most of the people over Twitter are tweeting about ai and how that will take jobs are jobless and has not creating anything by their own. They are just part of hype."

What you can do -
If you are not good at coding, improve it and use these ai tools.

Instead of fear master them.

Thank you mehul for putting this out.

but still need a good amount of experience for junior devs to be equivalent to those senior engineers who are working on big tech companies, which is insane but still can't let it go easily

Thanks for making this video. Am subbing you RIGHT NOW. There are many so called devs who are making a fuss out of it, hyping it and scaring newbies. Thanks for breaking down to the simple thing while keeping the company reputation intact.

All Software jobs are not going away. Only 95% jobs will go away.

5% senior level jobs will remain. 😂😂

Thanks. Nice video again.

I think many times "How human do dynamic programming?"

In the coming years...ai will surely replace a good chunk of repetitive task engineers and some entry level service jobs

If you are in large business company then it's difficult to get replaced as business knowledge requirements are huge .. also company don't want to share data with AI company

Never knew Codedamn India mein bana hai, even voh bhi aapne banaya hai, so inspiring 🔥

The important thing to note is price to performance ratio of this models
Right now they are nowhere near the level where an organization can replace a fresher, these are heavy models and need lot of computation and for any organization to use these, they have to train it on their own custom data to use them in their projects which again costs a lot more

Have you heard anytime - Ganesha wrote as fast as dictated by Maharishi Veda Vyasa - thus the Mahabharata was written. That is the example of multi-modal GPTs or LLMs generating new content.

No matter what anyone says, I feel that there will be a severe decline in IT jobs in the future. This little bit would be too much.

Nahi jaayega apni naukri . Code jab sonarqube me code assessment me jaayega tab fatega. Isko use karke achche se achcha test case banaaa sakte hai.

The only reason that it is not public is that it does not really work most of the time.
