I started playing recently. I am level 15 Gold but don't have the gold variant of the skin. Not sure if I have to do anything else or if it will eventually pop up. I only see the different variants for CDL professional teams.

2nd question: Is there a way to use another mic other than the one on the controller? Like can I disable the controller mic and enable a podcast mic? You know anything about that?
