For me, "The Album" has the best non single tracks of any Abba album. This one, plus "I Wonder", "Hole In Your Sole", "Move On" ... incredible musical craftsmanship!

Phil presents us with ABBA's One Man One Woman.
Coincidentally, Abba have announced to release their new album "Voyage" for early November.
I think especially for you Phil, don't you? No, certainly for me.
When ABBA recorded their "The Album" in the summer and fall of 1977, it was the stated goal of songwriters Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus to evolve musically, write lyrics more carefully and generally aim for a more ambitious framework.
As the finished album proves, they have undoubtedly achieved this goal.
The first single, "The Name Of The Game, " was more adventurous and complex than anything ABBA had released as a single before, and the ballad "One Man, One Woman" was a compelling study of a couple consisting of the titular "man" and "woman" trying to save their marriage.
Anni-Frid Lyngstad sang the lead vocals. The instruments used in the song are piano, synthesizer, guitar and strings.
Abba songs became then more complex and exciting.
