2 elevators. That open to your unit so nobody shares rides opening into each other's homes. So if top floor person, 50th floor, 40th floor, 30th floor all want to leave, the elevator takes 1 person down, then goes up to get the 2nd person, takes them down, then up to the 3rd person... They need an app for you to order the elevator so it can give you an ETA for when you can leave/go home from the lobby. LOLS

Imagine having to schedule your elevator ride to ground level? That’s basically what you have to do to avoid what might be a 10-15 minute wait during peak leave times.
