It's subtle but you can see the shaking reflections in Shin's eye. He's composed but trembling, holding an overflow of emotions. Really love his character development.

i wonder if anyone notice at 2:08 it shows the railroad tracks to symbolize the time she made a promise to catch up to them when she was walking the train tracks. and she's finally reached her destination and thats where it ends. simply a masterpiece.

This anime was an unexpected gem. It's really one of a kind.
The story is well-told and beautifully animated. I can't put it into words.
I nearly cried so many times in the final episodes of this season I lost count.
This anime will always hold a special place in my heart. This was an emotional journey.

If you haven't watched this anime you wouldn't know how impactful this scene was. It sent shivers down my spine and tears to my eyes when I watched this the first time. I sometimes go back to this scene and somehow I remembered every episode and every character in this gem, passed away or not.

When you realize after watching this scene like 10 or so times that they must sound really weird to Lena cause she has mostly heard them speak with their own sense of hearing. It would be like hearing a recording of your voice for the first time.
