Glute bridges are greatI Easy and effective.👍🏻 The walk out part though? 😳Ooooh, I'll have to work on that... One legged squat!? 😰OUCH! The technique reminds me of how you would do a lunge. Try as I might, I always do those wrong & hurt my knee.🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ #LeafsForever 💙
