Tourniquets are an essential piece of lifesaving equipment and a worthy addition to your kit. The Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder is a multifunction solution to mounting a TQ to your gear. The TQ is held in by elastic for easy removal in an emergency and it includes a slot to hold a Sharpie for noting the time of use on the TQ. The TQ holder is MOLLE compatible and can be mounted vertically or horizontally on a belt, or with the addition of our Dangler panel you can hang it from the front of a plate carrier or chest rig. Our goal with the Blue Alpha Tourniquet Holder was to give the user as many mounting and attachment options as possible.
