This is a true story - I recently attempted staying underwater in my submarine for 24 hours - made it quite far. That video is linked at the bottom of the short. "Sub"scribe, cause it wasn't easy lol (I should note, this story was before I painted USA Flags on the Sub)

I grew up in a rural town of about 15k people. After 9/11 happened, the town went insane with people thinking that they specifically were the next target. Our city council held open meetings to brief people how to protect themselves in case we were hit by terrorists.

What are they gonna do, fly a cropduster into the only 3-floor building on Main Street?

Years ago my late husband and his friend built a submarine. They painted it a bright yellow. I will never forget the day of the trials. We had friends in scuba suits alongside the sub. Nobody at worked believed me until I showed them the pictures. Fascinating day.
