Homemade Nacho Cheese Doritos #shorts

Homemade Nacho Cheese Doritos! They’re gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, and soo easy to make.

Ingredients:
•5 gluten free tortillas (I used almond flour tortillas; corn tortillas should also work)
•1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
•2 tbsp nutritional yeast
•1 tsp chili powder
•1 tsp paprika
•1 tsp onion powder
•1 tsp garlic powder
•1/2 tsp sea salt (I used A.Vogel Spicy Sea Salt for a spicy kick!)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F. While the oven preheats, prepare the Doritos.
2. Brush or spray some oil on both sides of 5 tortillas. Stack the tortillas and slice into eighths.
3. Next, mix together the seasoning in a large bowl. Once mixed, add in the tortilla wedges and mix well (with your hands or a spoon).
4. Place the seasoned tortilla wedges on a large tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven until crispy, turning the chips over halfway through baking. Almond flour tortillas will be ready in about 7-8 minutes, corn tortillas will take closer to 10-15 minutes. Don’t over bake!
5. Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool, then dig in and enjoy!

Notes:
If making a small batch, bake for less time in the oven since the chips will cook faster.

I may be wrong, but isn't there gluten in tortillas?😅😅 since this looks like normál wheat tortilla 😅😅
