LITTERALY looked in every File and Folder and could not figure this out. ):

When I try to drag the downloaded file into the themes folder the cursor turns into a circle with a line through it and won't let me add it

My Ableton keeps crashing when trying to load the theme :(

I have the intro version does this only work for the suite version?

The themes I download keep getting deleted when I open Ableton Suite 10 up the next time. Anyone else having the same issue or have any solutions?
