Program in C — The Memory Unsafety Anthem

Just setting the record straight here: Kaslai and I /both/ recorded a version of this, based on a (different) Disney instrumental, and Cinememer's lyrics. Neither are rip-offs of anything, they're separate performances of lyrics written by a third-party (which are themselves a parody of a song by Disney).

I only discovered Kaslai's version after publishing mine - I originally found out about the lyrics via some low-resolution Twitter GIF. This is probably not going to help the comment section at all, but for anyone who cares about the actual origin story, here it is.

The Song is glorious, but Segfault just broke me

This video is great for two reasons:
First, it pushed me to write the full lyrics (in Polish, which is my native language) and now I'm looking for a suitable performer;
Second, it pushed YT to suggest me your video about performance of C++ vs Rust, which is very interesting.

But C is really simple. Take NULL, for example. When you assign NULL to a pointer, it is not guaranteed that this pointer will point to zeroth address, even though NULL is defined as "(void*) 0". How can anyone make mistakes in such a simple language?

Am I the only one who didn't mind the Segfault at the end? Running into the occasional segfault just helps ensuring me that there's fewer black boxes that do magic at the cost of my processing time... xD
