Birds: "How tf did you get up here"
Seal: "help."

I'm not entirely sure that orca wasn't trying to hit a bird or two, thus killing two birds with one seal.

This is how you go from being a navy seal to being in the airforce.

The strength to send something that heavy that high, while also breaking the surface tension of water is insane.

SEALs are trained to operate in all environments (Sea, Air, and Land) for which they are named.

-Seal gets thrown 80ft into the air, lands and gets obliterated

I'm impressed the internet immediately accepts this lady's estimate of how high that seal was thrown.

I don't know about anyone else; but I'm so thankful that us land lovers don't have to worry about Orcas in our daily lives

Not sure what's more impressive. The Seal being Yeeted or the person with incredible perception of distance to know instantly that was 80ft high. Worlds full of mysterious things

Orca: "Have you ever experienced the gift of flight?"

Seal: "No?"

Orca: *"Would you like to?"*

Using physics, we can calculate how high the seal actually went. If the seal spent 4.30 seconds in flight (the average following 6 experimental timings), then it suggests that it took 2.15 seconds for it to fall back into the water. Assuming that air resistance is not a factor,

(1/2)(9.81)(2.15)^2 = 22.67 meters = 74 feet 5 inches

Birds: "How did you get airborne?"
Seal: "It was a fluke."

Orca so smart they temporarily put their own sealtellite in orbit.

It’s amazing to see the lengths of survival instincts… that seal flew up that high in the air to escape that killer whale. Amazing!!!
