Great vid! In addition to checking for hair, check to make sure the lube hasn't solidified. In my case, the lube used had
solidified slightly around the gear that spins the brush, causing the shaft to bind on the hole it goes through. Scraped off the solidified white gunk on the shaft and the hole and back in business!

Wish this fixed mine. Had the same hair just like yours, cleaned it, re-installed, still nothing. The actual module must be bad. 🤨
