Added this to my favorites immediately, man. This was a great video! I find that it's so easy to get caught going through the motions, that life starts passing by with nothing to show for it. I will definitely be using some of these tips to help with that! I'm sad we couldn't chat at Playlist man! I saw you a couple of times, but you looked like you were on a mission haha. I've been working nonstop for uni the whole of december and january (excluding the holidays) On average I've only slept 2h every night and I've had no time to actually eat (healthily - or rather cook for myself) or do any other "free time" activities. Ive been feeling very burned out lately and I've reached the point where I can't even be productive anymore ugh.

The advice was spot on! Lists are great and a chart of your time is a good way to look back and see where you are spending your time wisely. 
My brother is a professional organizer with OCD. It works for him. He tried to help me organize my life. He gave up, defeated and whimpering and begged me to never ask or mention it again. I muddle through. Thanks.

And then all this planing goes down the drain once you have kids. I want to see you have one full day to yourself when you have kids. I struggle to have a couple of hours to myself per week, let alone a full day.
