Dribbling Gates

🔘Setup:
▪️Create an area of 20x20 yards.
▪️Place as many pairs of coloured cones (gates) within the area, each at varying distances to stretch and challenge each player.
▪️Provide a ball to each player.

🔘Activity:
▪️Players begin by dribbling the ball through as many gates as possible within a set time frame.
▪️Encourage players to count how many gates they dribble through to track their progress.

🔘Challenges:
👉Speed Variation: Players need to slow down on approach to the gate and speed up immediately after passing through the gate.
👉Skill Execution: After leaving the gate, players must perform a skill move (e.g., a turn, a feint, or a trick).
👉Gate Variety: Players cannot return to the same gate until they have dribbled through all the other gates in the area.

🔘Progressions:
➕Non-Dominant Foot: Players can be challenged to use their non-dominant foot for dribbling.
➕Limited Touches: Limit the number of touches players can take between gates.
➕Time Limit: Set a time limit for how quickly players can dribble through a certain number of gates.
