Great mod! I'm using NPC mods like populated cities, Inconsequential NPCs and immersive settlements, I can confirm good compatibility with these mods as it works for me!

Wow. That's one buggy mod. But I can tell it's a recipe for disaster. Houses were placed where catapults would appear during the siege of Whiterun...

Not sure. check the mod page. i think it would depend on the changed navmesh etc

I didnt make it very far in this video, and Im glad you showcased the city from a "Fly by" view early. The roofs are all clipping through each other, and that alone shows how badly designed this town really is.
