One of my favourite songs in general.

This level is so great, personally my interpretation is that in this moment, after all Evan has gone through combined with his personal problems, it feels like his whole life is in a time limit, and all the pressure and stress of the situation combined with the subway raid by the gangsters (which increases his tension even more, since the last thing he needs is losing his scarce time to a random gang raiding the subway), place Evan on a situation where he is at his edge, very close to his boiling point and close to paranoia. So the level represents your 2 options, either you play the level the hard way and don't kill anyone, or Evan snaps and kills the gangsters.
This song is awesome.
