It's a Bad Thing. You have to share your property. But ultimately you can't pick the buyer's or there conduct.

Like your pro-points. For your con points (especially #1 and #2) they aren't actually about 1033 so much as they are arguments against ADUs in general right?

For the lender stuff in #5, you want to recommend your homeowner asks their lender for a partial lien release before they go through the process of condo mapping.
