After resetting my modem I just cannot connect the doorbell anymore. After selecting the Wi-Fi network en getting in the 120 second range nothing happens. What to do?

Hey hello, I have the doorbell too. it works fine but when someone rings the bell I only receive a small (text like) pop up on my Samsung A52. i was hoping to get a call screen as I do get when I have the app open. when I then ring the bell i get a niche whatsapp/skype like call screen. but it seems not possible when the app runs in the background. anyone struggled with this?
