I think it’s the warden. You said DEADLIEST. That doesn’t necessarily mean most damage. Factors such as speed, attack variability, and others are important to consider.

Ok, hear me out: deadliness isn't just based on one time damage. A charged creeper may deal 127 damage, sure, but it can only do that once and can be easily avoided if you are careful. The warden however, can deal damage consistently and survive long enough to ensure it hits you at least once. It has the most HP of any mob at 500 (the wither and ender dragon combined), and it can run as fast as the player. The real kicker though is it's sonic boom attack. If you are within 16 blocks of it, regardless of armor, enchantments, shields, or even blocks in the way, it will still deal the same damage. And once the warden releases one sonic boom, it won't stop until either you get within melee range, or you die.

There is a difference between deadliest and most powerful. The most powerful would be the mob who does the most damage. The deadliest would be the mob who is hard to escape and hard to kill. Such as the Warden.
You said the warden has a max of 45 hp which is far from correct. The Warden actually has 500 health and does about 22 hearts of damage or 44 health. And with it's sonic attack which is almost impossible to dodge, as well as every time you hit it, it gets faster. When it starts chasing you, it doesn't stop unless you either die or get out of it's vicinity(The ancient city). Making it the deadliest.

Fun fact: When you die to a charged creeper on a multiplayer server, there is a rare chance that instead of saying you were blown up by a creeper, the game will say something about you dying to a "bomb" instead. not sure of the requirements to get this message. But I remember playing on a vanilla multiplayer world with my friend and when I died to a charged creeper it said I had died to a bomb.
