0013 - Creating an AWS RDS SQL Server

I go through the steps in the creation of this RDS SQL Server. Unfortunately, I went over my usual 5 minute time limit. And that might be the case for a couple of the next videos - like creating our EC2 instance - and then we'll be back to the shorter video format.
