I am so sorry to tell you but this list is so far from accurate that its hard to imagine you are truly serious.

I won't bad mouth any of the players on your list, but it seems like you don't take into account any actual racing or time attack skills which in a racing game is EVERYTHING.

You are simply showing the gameplay of some popular wheel users that mostly drive around in freeroam which is fine but to completely disregard the entirety of the competitive scene in FH4 where there are a lot of known legends setting World Record times or close to is just mind bbiggling and irresponsible if you're naming the best players...What are you thinking with this video?

Just because someone uses steering wheel to drive in forza, doesnt mean he's best of all time. While they can be the ones that do very good entertaining content (at least for some people), they can't race at all. Concluding, being the best player in FH4 doesn't come down to being only entertaining. There is also the pace of driving, actual racecraft and knowledge of car tuning that should be considered.
