Love my Flytech V008. It has been real reliable in my pool and lakes. Fast enough for me. Back when it was on the BG site - I did warn people that you get TWO sets of decals (blue or red) as the price was always higher if you chose the blue version? What the heck was that about? Appears they updated with the additional water proof cover and re designed top. I paid $35 for my V008 2 yrs ago. looking for another "inexpensive" Jet boat - probably pass on this one.

Did you ever find the source of the water? Was the jet intake not sealed to the hull or was it from the impeller shaft having a slow drip?

Hi, i got a jet jam from pro boat, when I hit the 'reverse' direction on the controller, there is no action at all. The boat is able to move forward only when depress the trigger. What's yours? Can you do 'reverse'?

Yeah this one is a skipper. I have the v008 3d printed a new motor coupler. I let my 3 year old son have some fun with it. But this version seems worse with problems flipping and anoying clips that dont keep the water out. The water comes from the pressure in the pump probably.

This boat seems really cool but it is disappointing that it takes on water. I was also not expecting that. I hope mine doesn't do that but I suspect it will.

Disappointing that it takes on water so easily... I have the previous version, the Flytec V008 with single hull and it does not take on water that fast,
