Various ex idols talked about padding, hip pads and breast pads, I didn't know that it was so common in the industry, special the hip pads, but the ex idols who talked about it said that it was a must, that companies always told you to wear them. The funny thing to me is that hip pads are not used to make your hips look wider, but to make them look rounder which is basically impossible to have naturally. Our skeleton has a space between the leg bone and the pelvis one, that creates hip dips and a flat area in our side hip which is not considered attractive by society. So effing stupid
