Great job Melissa. I actually lived in the Rio for 8 weeks during the 2023 W.S.O.P. Honestly my room was fine, did it need a face lift? Sure but it was clean and functional. I was so impressed with your video I booked the Rio for next month. I do recall when the Rio was the liveliest casino in Vegas. The best buffet, vibrant costumes, the show in the sky, spectacular. Thanks & keep up the good work!!!!🎰

Wow...great video highlighting the differences. The Pool and Food Court looks great. The refreshed room looks very nice. Tina and I have never stayed, but we may have to give it a shot in the future.

Allright! The rio is making a comeback! I used to manage a Fry's Electronics, was there 14 years and they always sent a bunch of us out to Vegas for CES. They put us up at the Rio most of the time. Good times... great video!

Appreciate the video. About 5 years ago I stayed in a suite on the Ipanema floors. Price was cheap and the suite reflected that.. Still had a good time there though. Nice to see the renovations especially to those rooms! Thanks for the updates, Love your videos!!

Wow, Rio has definitely upgraded the refurbished rooms look great and the new food hall looks like they offer great food to cater everyone's different tastes. Do you remember O'sheas use to be there? There also use to be a burger King there that served alcoholic drinks. Great video overall. Thanks M&E.

I have so many good memories of the Rio from back in the day. I loved it. The rooms facing the strip have beautiful views, the Voodoo lounge was a great party spot with great drinks like the Voodoo punch 😁. I hope they bring it back, the views of the strip from the lounge was magical. I remember the buffet 😋, it was soooo good!
Maybe I'll give it a try in the future if I can get a comp.
I like the renovations...but...I like the design and colors of the old carpet

Such a useful and insightful video! The pool area and food court look great! Makes me want to stay there on one of my trips. I’ve been looking to get off The Strip for those better values and bigger rooms.
