Hi, i have a question. My cells of interest are rare new born neurons and I'm using optical fractionator probe to count them. Should I take depth measurements at every site even though the site doesn't contain the desired, countable cell? Or should I take depth measurements at the beginning, define the guard zones and skip the "empty" site without the cells of my interest.
