Fifteen percent is a small amount for a diamond that actually belongs to Botswana . Botswana should at the least forty-five percent, while working to establish their own mining ⛏️ operations. That is why African countries are suffering. They need to take control of their own resources. That is their gift from THE MOST HIGH GOD!!!!
