The Supreme Court Grants Regular Bail To Teesta Setalvad In Gujarat Riots Case 2002 | News18
The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to activist Teesta Setalvad in a case connected to the 2002 Gujarat riots. Setalvad has been accused of allegedly fabricating documents to implicate government functionaries.
The top court quashed and set aside the Gujarat High Court order that had rejected her regular bail plea and ordered her to “surrender immediately.”
