At the beginning a kundalini awakening does
allow for negative thoughts about ur tf not to mention ur life turns upside down and Inside out! It’s down the road once you’ve done a lot of work to heal ur shit and shift energies within you that you rise up out of all the old energy and let go and connect to god. It’s down the road u stop hating ur tf and playing the victim card! Things do change for the better but it’s taken me years !!
