First of all, you don't do to be happy, you do to realize yourself with the limited tools that are made available to you. Second, humans are hard-wired and driven to be gregarious, genetically, puting the tribe before self and forcing one to usually compromise their natural inclings. Being alone is skill and must be learnt as for most, it is difficult and quite taxing. Me, i am quasi hermit and really value it as a skill i have built over time
