this. now, this was the dynamic i wish we got a little bit more of because not only would it give Lexi more development, but it would also sort of push that new status quo of Jake, Devon and Lexi truly feeling like the outcasts after all that happened with Chucky up to that point, keeping in mind that there is more yet to come.

Makes that feeling of “no one believes you” truly sink into them as more and more bad things happen around them, and they have nothing and no one but each other. That’s where they would begin to build the foundation of their friendship, or how Lexi refers to it in the penultimate episode to Jake, the family that they built together from all the trauma and pretty much everything Chucky put them through that they had to face together when the whole world was against them. This is one of many scenes that would’ve made the viewer feel in the shoes of these kids, the pressure and the hopelessness of having so many of the people around them not believe them because they aren’t aware of the truth.

Considering we are going to get a season two, i’m hoping we’ll see more of the three of them really starting to rely on each other more as they really have the potential of forming a strong and honestly quite unexpected little friendship, and i say that in a really good way because it allows for so much development to head down Lexi’s way, she’s 100% the one we need to spend more time with to see how the new status quo of her life is going to shift her personality, perspective of life and overall just those around her. She has been brought down from her entitlement to a more humble path thanks to Jake and Devon because they only had each other to rely on, so i’m hoping we see more of her for sure. All of them, really. They all have great potential and their friendship is cool.

the name "terror trio" was actually canon?? I always thought it was made up by the fans. I'm surprised, because I've 100% heard don refer to them as "the three amigos". terror trio is wayyy more original and iconic
