I’m lifting weights because I want to become the best man I can be to my kids in the future. You can’t protect yourself or your family if you can’t even do much with physical strength. I’m not lifting for girls, I’m lifting so I can ensure a safe environment for my family. I couldn’t care less of what girls or anyone else perceives me as for the way I look.
