BECOME a PRO in scheduling TODAY - Million Dollar Wellness Program

When I talk to health practitioners the top problem is either health practitioners don’t know how to effectively schedule their patients without over or under-servicing or are too scared to tell their patients what they need.

You know how to treat your patients…this is more about the over-arching plan what I call your Bridge to Wellness Model. What can your patients expect in the beginning, what happens when their initial pain dies down and then what? This is all part of the new client consent process.

Here’s an overview:
In general health practitioners fail to have a plan, moving their clients from one visit to the next hoping they’ll keep coming back. This is like moving a mountain! In the Million Dollar Wellness INTERN program I talk about Scheduling mastery. This is about mastering the art of client management, what I call creating a ‘flight plan’.

Scheduling mastery is fundamentally about enrolling your client in YOU, your modality, your practice and your plan. Have you ever been frustrated when your clients don’t take up you? Recommendations?

Your communicating your message the best way you know but, only to be met with a glazed, detached look of apathy and dis-interest. Why don’t they get it, after all what you’re offering is something incredible, something magical, something they can’t get anywhere else. They would be mad not to take you up on this deal, right? Why was I not engaging the client right from the outset?

This was me! Burnt out and despondent. So, here’s 3 ways you can start turning this around and build your ‘Bridge to Wellness’ model:

1. Map out on a large piece of paper 3 sections, a beginning, a middle and an end. This is your bridge to Wellness model.

2. Outline your treatment plan in all 3 sections, initial care, intermediary-corrective care and maintenance-wellness care. How many sessions? What happens at each session? Handouts? Referrals?

3. Practice delivering this as a report of your findings to a colleague. Start with the destination – wellness and then move back thru intermediary care to where they are right now, in pain. You can then powerfully navigate the initial pain process far more effectively with the endgame in sight.

You’ll journey with your clients from ‘pain island to pleasure island’, from initial care to corrective care to wellness and maintenance care, helping them build their own tool kit, customised to their own needs and wants.
