I eat Keto and had my gallbladder cut out 8 months ago.
When I eat for example a bone broth with coconut oil I take a few ox bile salt tablets and it really helps otherwise I best not wander far from the bathroom.
As you learn about your own body you figure it out.
You can live with it, over time this problem seems to be abating anyway as my body adapts to my missing gallbladder.
Ox Bile Salts work for me!

Thank you so much. 2 things: great source of potassium is Cream of Tartar.
When do you eat fruits?? They are supposed to be eaten away from other foods. Or, Is it different with berries?? Yesterday I ate a delicious orange (with coffee) off of my friends tree and so I just decided to do a shorter fast that day. I'm intrigued by the low fat protein to break a fast...I've been using nuts.

Hey Thomas! Not sure where the best place to ask questions is for the next Q&A so I'm asking this one twice! Can caffeine inhibit/decrease nutrient absorption when having it with a meal? Also although coffee and fasted workout can go great together as the caffeine can mobilize fats into the bloodstream, if you are to have your caffeine with food, which macronutrient does it combine best with to follow the goal of fat loss. For example, will caffeine and carbs together cause an increased spike in insulin or even cause you to store the fats in your bloodstream as fat tissue? Do caffeine and protein go well together, caffeine and fats? What's the best option if you are going to consume caffeine with a food source? Thanks for the great content!

I am vegetarian keto and cottage cheese / paneer for protein. Is dairy carcinogenic? And I have hypothyroidism, so if intake too much cauliflower will it affect my hypothyroidism more ? Then what vegetables should I take ? Too much vegetables will throw me out of ketosis ?

Keto is anti-inflammatory at a cellular level by interacting with the cell's fat membrane structure itself. It's not the same thing really as anti-ox per say - it activates genetic expressions that are very positive.

Hi Thomas, I have 2questions for you. 1. What if I fall sick and Doctor gave some Antibiotics and syrup which contains sugar or unwanted ingredients which can kick me out of ketosis?
2. If I don't want to continue ketogenic diet as I have met the desired weight what should I do? If i start eating the normal diet will I gain weight again?
Just a request can you please add English subtitles to your videos. It will be easy to watch your videos even in office or where ever loud volume is not aloud.(i dont like using earphones) Thanks, God bless you.

Intermittent fasting for muscle growth... break the fast with broth then something high glycemic after that consume some moderate glycemic foods along with protein and low fat. Then high fat low carb and moderate protein. My question is how long I should be waiting before each portion or meal does it matter???

Hey Thomas, have you done a video on foods and practices to get rid of mucoid plaque? If not I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on this very important topic.... As I’m sure you are well aware, that plaque prevents us from uptaking all the nutrients we are attempting to acquire through proper nutrition... Let us know how to get rid of it!
