Pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block of the hip for chronic hip pain

Ultrasound probe was pleased approximately 2 cm upper and parallel to inguinal crease and the needle was inserted from the lateral edge of the probe to contact pubic ramus under the psoas tendon. Injectante separates tendon from pubic ramus.
Butterfly IQ probe was utilized.
