Holiday Yuzu Mocktail

Tonight is a evening to celebrate with friends and family and continue or make new traditions! While doing so, this Yuzu Mocktail is the perfect mix of sweet and tart to sip throughout the night!

Ingredients
1/2 ounce Elderflower syrup⁠
1/4 cup Yuzu Juice⁠
Pro Tip: If you can't find yuzu, you can substitute a mixture of equal parts lemon and mandarin orange juice
1/4 cup Blood Orange Juice
ginger beer, for topping
pomegranate arils, for topping
1 sprig fresh thyme or mint
Directions

1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the elderflower syrup (if using), blood orange juice and Yuzu juice. Top with ginger beer. Add the pomegranates and thyme or mint. Enjoy!
