That low pitch sound is the best sound in engine history

First time I heard that low pitch at 0:30, I had no clue what I was hearing!
I was inside Terminal B at DFW, but the American 777 was at Terminal A, a little over a mile away!
Later learned it has a VERY low hum on idle taxi!
You FEEL it more than you HEAR it;

: The 115b/110b have swept fan blades I believe...they are straight on the lower power versions.

This is a massive size engine generating about 90, 000 to 110, 000 depending on the model.  The B737 fuselage is big around as this engine

i actually flew on one of these and the interior is better cuz you can hear the rumbling much better

The straight blades were on earlier base engines, they have since been upgraded to the composite blades. Its very hard to tell the difference just looking at the intake, if your looking at the core the pipework for the clearance control is different, and the thrust links are bigger on a 115. The fan hub also longer but these are things you cant see form the outside.

The big hum is the burner waking up.  Difficult birth of a lot of hot air.
