I would think if the head can come off. Just take the head off and place it in the head cover. Place the in the box with shaft.

Thanks for the insight on shipping a Driver golf club. Very informative. What can I expect for the shipping cost to be on average?

Have you ever had a complaint from a customer since the head is only protected by bubble wrap and is in contact with the outside cardboard? I have four large head drivers to ship and really appreciate the video!

I'm shipping out a Big Birtha and it's too long. I was wondering if it was legal to cut up USPS boxes but I guess it's okay. This is exactly what I'm going to do. Thanks!

Have the same driver what dimensions do you put in. One way it says 25+ for shipping when add the correct width. But when it subtract a inch on the side it goes to around $10.

USPS must have recently increased their rates. I was getting ready to send a driver like this 3 states away that with the box weighs 2 lbs and USPS is charging $19.42 while both UPS and Fed Ex are charging $13.50. I guess it's time to invest in a roll of brown paper to cover these boxes in the future and ship through someone else.

I really need help. I just packaged up a driver to ship. The measurements are 47x6.5, x6.5. If I put the box size at 47x6x6, the shipping price is $10.44, if I enter 47x7x7, the shipping price jumps to $39.67!!! I am sure everyone shipping drivers and woods is having the same issue, because of the overlapping box. What dimensions are you using?

Does it cost more to Frankstein it? You didn't weigh it!
