Senkerodieren PSG/ Die-sinking PSG

Der Funke springt über - beim Senkerodieren der Führungsplatten für unseren Bestseller PSG Duo. Durch elektrische Spannung werden kontrolliert Partikel aus dem metallischen Material gesprengt. Die entstandenen Öffnungen dienen als Vorstufe zum nachfolgenden Drahterodieren der Schienenprofile in die Platten. Hierbei wird der Draht durch das jeweilige Loch geführt.

The resulting holes are the prerequisite for the next step, in which different rail profiles are eroded into the plate by wire. The wire is guided through the vertically eroded holes.
