We use the term “ge gets it” probably too often and definitely too quickly but I think we can all say for sure with Joe he gets it. Even in a podcast he done last week, the mention of Celtic brought him to being really emotional . I’m glad we helped him fall in love with the game again, he deserved that for his career imo.

Joe Hart, you'll be SORELY missed big man. The career you've had speaks for itself. A WORLD CLASS goalkeeper donning the Hoops was an a absolute JOY to behold and if anyone deserves a happy and enjoyably retirement, it's you Joe. Although you've already made the decision, since February this year I think so we all KNEW last season would be your final season and it was an absolute pleasure to have you play for our beloved Celtic Football Club. Although maybe you didn't know too much about our history, and just what it's like to be at a team like Celtic, everybody could see, the more you played, season after season, you yourself realised what it means to be a member of The Bhoys and fell in love with everything to do with Celtic. I just wish everybody had your desire to WANT to play for us and just what it means. I can't thank you enough big man. Finally, I don't suppose you've seen our 2 pre season games against Championship teams, Scott "Broony" Brown's Ayr Utd when we conceded 1 and only managed a draw. But although we managed to beat Queens Park and scored 6 goals, we again conceded VERY sloppy goals, 4 of them to be precise. I can honestly say that most of these goals wouldn't have been scored with you between the sticks. I don't suppose you'd reconsider your retirement, and put it off for 1 more year. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE big man. 😂. Just kidding m8. But I must say, I'm not overly confident with ANY defence ((goalkeeper included)) that concedes 5 goals in 2 games to teams in the League below. No disrespect to Ayr or Queens Park but Celtic shouldn't be losing 5 goals in 2 games to ANY TEAM from our own league, never mind the league below. I sincerely hope we see you in the stands at some games next season as you and your wife and kids would be welcomed with open arms and have a seat in the Main Stand forever. Take care Joe m8. You were 1 in a million and I've never seen our fans take to a player since Henrik Larsson. Good Luck with your life buddy.
