Don't know how I missed🤔this one. And I do hope that you feel🤕beter my friend!!! This is a good Idea for a video. I do think there is a lot in this one . I do think this is a hard one too do. That is wild about the fume in the set. I do think that is a good Idea to put in your other 45's in the set!!!! but the one that you did choose🤗for Number 1 is a good one (yes)!! Great video Tonny and Merry Christmas🎄 to you and your Wife too!!!

Thanks a lot for this brilliant ranking video Tone. Very good choices for the top 30 singles. Well I have never thought about it but Another Day, Tug of War and Take it away surely would be under my top ten. I am astonished that also for this expensive set - which is really really a wonderful set and yes a real treasure - the quality control has been missed or never took place as it seems. Get well soon and have a wonderful Xmas and a good start into a healthy and happy new year.

Hi Tone
The most interesting of Paul's music is that even a B-side song can be a good song. For instance, summer of 59 or even Sally G are such great songs. I got disappointed when this box was announced but listening through the streaming I realized how good this collection of songs are. Good content
All the best to you and family

Glad you're enjoying your 85 singles Tone and also highlighting some of the problems with the crate. Back Seat of My Car is brilliant as it is but would have made an excellent Beatles song, imagine their harmonies all over it. Paul's 70's singles and their respective b-sides are awesome. Anyway Tone Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year to you and your family. Get that wallet ready for 2023🙂....Cheers Eddie

Hey Beatley Tone, another great video and great choices for your top 30 singles!
I just checked out the Discogs pages of the Hi, Hi, Hi/C Moon and Live And Let Die/I Lie Around singles, and they are actually correct, not mispressings! The Hi, Hi, Hi singles had the jukebox-sized spindle holes, meaning the titles had to be at the top or the bottoms of the labels, and the I Lie Around and Wings letterings really were off-centre for some reason!
Have a Happy Christmas, looking forward to seeing the last video of 2022!

Great idea putting your other 7” singles in there. Very good list. I don’t know if I could even pick a top 3 with all those great songs.

Hi Tone
Glad you are enjoying the single box set
I didn’t buy the crate but have a download
I’ve listened to it and have to say that after the early 70 singles I think the standard drops dramatically.
Indeed some of the 80’s and 90’s stuff does nothing for me except maybe Tug of War
For me Another Day, Live and Let Die and Hi Hi Hi are the best singles Hope the cold gets better . Have a great Christmas

A thoughtful choice. Zoo Gang was the theme from a good thriller T.V. series from I.T.C. Entertainment. I love Get It. It was the B Side of the U.K. release of Take It Away. Sorry to hear that some folk are having trouble with the set. I love 7 inch singles. There is a magic to them. Merry Christmas to you and your family Tone.

All good picks! Your topper is tough to beat, but I would submit that the Another Day, Juniors Farm, Uncle Albert, Getting Closer and Take It Away singles are contenders for top position. I think the only two singles I don’t care for at all are Hope for the Future and We All Stand Together.

Loving the box but I am waiting on a replacement for Ever Present Past, missing labels on both sides.MPL returned my email in less than one day so very impressed with that.

Hi Tony, absolute criminal back seat only got to 39, but that's what happens when a single from an album comes out 3 months later and that sort of thing happens regular from the 70's onwards and not only to McCartney. Yes and agree with you '85 is a much better b-side than zoo gang for band on the run lol to the not even funny quote. Good video mate happy crimble to ya.

It's the perennial Desert Island Discs dilemma - today's favourite becomes tomorrow's unranked and I'm sure that now, a month on from you publishing this, that your list will has changed. The good news is that the key point is the entertainment value in these lists; no-one can call your selections wrong and I love that about it (although I'd have C Moon much higher😉). Thanks for your efforts Tone - much appreciated.

Great video! Did you know that Sally G, the B side to Junior's Farm was a No. 17 hit in the U.S.. Also Jet reached No 7 in the U.S. just like in the U.K..

Considering both sides of the single id agree 'Band on the run' - more so because its got 'Nineteen hundred and eighty five' on the b side. With 'The back seat of my car/heart of the country' or 'Goodnight tonight/Daytime nighttime suffering following close behind... 'Uncle albert/Admiral Halsey was Paul's first no.1 single in the U.S. after the fabs i think. I agree 'Letting go' is fantastic, its always been my favourite from 'Venus and mars' and i love the live 1976 rockshow version, his bass really comes to the fore. Great video. P.s. Id go wild if my box set was in anything other than pristine condition. I dont care if its £50 or £600. I expect my item to be in top condition!

Hi Tone, Uncle Albert was Number 1 in the Usa.I think Stranglehold was released in the States instead of Pretty Little head in the Uk as both singles had the same picture cover. I cant believe you didn, t include Mull of Kintyre in your top 30, maybe listening to Ringo's Xmas album has effected your listening . My no.1 would have to be Another Day/Oh Woman No Why. Paul's best b side .Happy Christmas mate
