By that time, WCW was beginning to unravel

You breached contract and your name
Isn't hall, nash, or hogan so I'm suing you

No promoter had any issue letting flair go. Crockett, herd, Anderson, McMahon, Dixie Carter and Tony Kahn.

EB never takes credit for the bad things.
He acts like he created this great opponent to the WWE.
All eric did was give bad contracts with lots of money. Thats it.

If you don't show up to your job, no call, no show what do you think is going to happen to you?

Yeah but then you go in front of the guys saying you’re going after him and his family and everything he’s got. Not cool from hearing Flair tell it saying you’re going after his family like that you might get your ass kicked tough guy. After he supposedly told you’ll what was going on that he was going to his boys wrestling event.

I don't like EB, but he's right. If I pull that crap at work and just show up whenever I want to then I eventually don't have a job anymore. Flair isn't special.

Suing Flair into bankruptcy wouldn't take much., sue him for a 5 dollar hot and ready and a Mt. Dew and you're there.

Wasn't he an independent contractor? Like all pro wrestlers. (The essence of being in business for yourself puts you in control. Not your clients. If a client tries to control your business by telling you where, when, and how to work you become an employee. Never let that happen to you.)

Bischoff still being relevant now is ridiculous

Flair and his ilk are the reason WCW died the first time. Easy E brought it back from the dead

"I am" turned into "we are" in the same breath

I still assume that Flair requested the time off and "HR" was just so incompetent that all this happened.

Is this why certain stars endorse certain politicians?

Yea and every wcw star was breaching daily. But I guess they were one of the boys

Wrestling contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on. They only got paid per match back then anyway. The contract is nothing more than a retainer so he can only wrestle for WCW. This just highlights the sheer lack of respect the companies showed towards the very people who make wrestling happen week in week out.

My question is why did he have to make an example out of Ric in front of the boys? Like you think the boys didn't know that!?

Flair screws up a lot now. He was 100% right doing what he did. They fired fk’n Ric Flair. I quit watching until he came back. Fired over something that little? Flair is the best ever and sold tickets. Like telling Tom Brady no thanks were good.

He’s the main villain in his own origin story..

Does anybody know the show or shows that Flair missed? Back in 97 in Tallahassee, we had heard in the ads that he'd be at the event, but he didn't show. It was the show Raven got yanked out of ring by a rabid fan.
