Under fire conditions, the BERMAD 400Y-3UM Deluge Valve opens in response to the Solenoid Valve being activated by the fire and gas control system. The 400Y-3UH Deluge Valve latches open, allowing water to flow into the system piping.

Cool idea, just curious as to how you would get that volume of water to spray in such a tight (fine) area...(I.e. the fire lines dividing / surrounding LNG tanks...somehow pipes magically turned into the fountains; like infront of the Bellagio in Vegas, with no sign of heads / any other type of apparatus capable of discharging water under pressure ....

Sarcasm aside; I genuinely am interested to learn how its supposed to work. I am just finishing up my 2nd year as a fire sprinkler designer in FL.

P.s. - I can't get enough of these animations / Videos ... Whoever puts them together deserves a raise... Or at least; bare minimum, a firm handshake...
