Pro tip from a guy who has all badges after the mental hospital update on how to beat nightmare mineshaft.
I recommend doing it solo or with friends because randoms can take lockers and get you killed. First, you have to hide in a locker asap, because intruder will always be there. Then, when you are sure hes gone, go to the nearest generator (i cant really explain where it is, but you will see once trespasser, the shapeshifter in the mineshaft, breaks it), and then hide in a locker besides it if its working, or fix it if its broken. And then you wait when intruder breaks it again, wait until hes gone, and fix it. Repeat until you get 100%. After you get 100%, its just memory and luck based.
It takes around 30 minutes to beat nightmare mineshaft with this method, but its probably the easiest one. Also, since its very dark in nightmare mineshaft, to tell if the intruder is coming or not, while you are fixing the generator, you will have to listen to his footsteps, if you feel like he is close, hide asap.
